Shipping Zones
Fleet Hero ships to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are subject to additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM Central Time are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will ship on the next business day.
Freight (LTL) Shipping
Large or heavy items (over 150 lbs, or oversized dimensions) ship via LTL freight. A freight quote will be presented during checkout. Freight deliveries require a signature and are made during business hours. If you need a lift-gate or inside delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard. If you have not received a tracking update within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.
