Our 2-Year Guarantee

Fleet Hero warrants that all products sold on this website are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal use conditions
  • Structural failure not caused by misuse, overloading, or modification
  • Missing or incorrect items shipped

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by exceeding the rated Working Load Limit (WLL) or Break Strength
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, modification, or abuse
  • Corrosion from exposure to chemicals, salt, or prolonged UV exposure beyond expected service life
  • Consumable items (fuel filters, air filters, brake pads under normal wear)

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact our support team at warranty@fleethero.com or call +1-800-555-0199.
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the defect.
  3. Attach photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Approved warranty claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or refund at Fleet Hero's discretion.

OEM & Third-Party Warranties

Some products may carry additional manufacturer warranties that exceed our standard 2-year guarantee. Where applicable, these are noted on the product page and will be honored in addition to Fleet Hero's own warranty.
