By accessing or using the Fleet Hero website (fleethero.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the website.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our returns policy.

Working Load Limits (WLL) and Break Strengths listed on cargo control products are maximums under ideal conditions. Always apply appropriate safety factors and follow applicable DOT regulations.

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to shipment. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Orders may be cancelled without charge if cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Fleet Hero is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. See our Delivery Information page for full shipping details.

We accept returns of unused, uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
• Electrical components once removed from original packaging
• Special-order or custom-cut products
• Products marked "Final Sale"

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@fleethero.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
